In addition to the same industrial-quality parts as the Freeze line, Deep Freeze's internal parts are fully insulated to ensure no internal temperature loss during heat transfer. Fluxwrap can chill materials in drums, totes, tanks and all manner of vessels, even when a heat exchanger is not currently present. The proprietary multi-channel fluid path allows maximum flow of cooling liquid with minimal pressure. The wrap conforms to container shape and maintains thermal contact over uneven surfaces — creating full coverage cooling and heating.

Effective tank cooling comes when the entire tank is wrapped and insulated. Fluxwrap tank cooling jackets apply chilling to tanks evenly and across the entire surface.
