North Slope Chillers – Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-2 business days.
- Out-of-Stock Standard Items: Ship within 2-3 weeks.
- Custom: Call for lead-time
Payment Terms
- For Custom Products: A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipping.
- For All Other Orders: 100% payment is required upfront.
- We accept check, credit card, or ACH payments.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Standard product orders can be canceled prior to shipping
- If a custom order is cancelled prior to shipping the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Parcel Shipments: Our preferred carrier is UPS, but we can accommodate other carriers if the customer provides their own shipper ID. Both ground and expedited shipping options are available.
- Freight Shipments: Chillers are shipped via freight. We typically schedule freight shipments, but customers may arrange their own freight shipping if preferred.
- International Orders: We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all duties and import taxes.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns.
Damage & Lost Shipments
- If We Arrange Shipping: We insure all shipments.
- If an order is lost, we will work with the carrier to recoup the cost and ship a replacement.
- If an order is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either replace or repair the system.
- If the Customer Arranges Shipping: The customer is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
Warranty & Guarantees
- All products come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
- International orders are covered for parts only (labor is not included).
