The Freeze 20 Ton K2L is our largest-capacity industrial air-cooled chiller, purpose-built for heavy-duty process cooling in plastics manufacturing, data centers, chemical plants, large-scale food and beverage operations, and concrete cooling. This stand-alone unit delivers up to 187,700 BTU/hr at 52.5°F (240,000 BTU/hr nominal) across a working fluid range of 40°F to 65°F. Features a Copeland scroll tandem-circuit refrigeration system with low-GWP R454a refrigerant, brazed plate heat exchanger, A2L leak detection, 5 HP centrifugal pump, 100-gallon poly tank, and a programmable HMI/PLC controller with Modbus TCP for remote system monitoring. UL/CSA certified and manufactured in the United States with the fastest lead times in the industry.
